Article 1. About these terms

These terms set out the conditions for using the free web tools and related services (the “Services”) provided by plusbeauxjours (operated by Minjae Lee, “we”, “us”), and the rights and responsibilities of you and us.

Article 2. Definitions

• Services: the tools at *.plusbeauxjours.com addresses (such as cola, bank-leak, snow, suneung and legal) and our brand social accounts.
• You: anyone who uses the Services.

Article 3. Acceptance and changes

By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

We may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. We will post the effective date and the changes on this page before they take effect and record them in the change log. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can stop using the Services.

Article 4. The Services

• The Services are free informational tools: calculators, checkers, checklists and card makers.
• No account is needed, and what you type is processed only in your browser.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services for operational or technical reasons.

Article 5. Not professional advice

Results, forecasts, checklists and explanations are general information only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or admissions advice, and they are not a substitute for it. Before making an important decision, check with the relevant agency or a qualified professional.

Article 6. Accuracy and sources

• We work to keep information accurate using publicly available official sources, and cite sources in each tool where possible.
• Results may be estimates or forecasts, and source data can change, be delayed or contain errors. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete or current.
• Official publications and notices from the relevant agency or company always take precedence.

Article 7. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the following, and the Services are not their official services:

• The Social Security Administration (SSA), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
• Any bank or other financial company
• The Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation (한국교육과정평가원)
• Any other government agency, in Korea, the United States or elsewhere

Agency names, company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe things.

Article 8. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights (reputation, privacy, intellectual property and so on)
• Use the Services to make and spread content, such as cards, that defames or harasses others
• Disrupt the Services, for example with excessive automated requests
• Present the Services as ours or an agency's when they are not, or vice versa

Article 9. Intellectual property

The design, text, code and logo of the Services belong to us or their rightful owners. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome; for other uses, ask us first. What you create with a tool (for example, a cheer card) is yours to use.

Article 10. Advertising and affiliate links (once introduced)

To keep the Services free, we may add advertising or affiliate links. Some links may be affiliate links, and if you buy through one, the operator may receive a commission. Where Coupang Partners links appear, we show this disclosure:

Article 11. Links to other sites

The Services may link to official agencies and other websites. We don't control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Article 12. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from:

• Decisions or actions you take based on information or results from the Services
• Changes, delays or errors in official data, or temporary unavailability of the Services
• Your device, browser or network, or third-party websites

This does not limit liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live.

Article 13. Governing law

These terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith; if that fails, it will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
